SHIPPING AND INSURANCE We ship via USPS, UPS and Fed Ex. You will be given shipping costs during checkout. We strive to use the least expensive method to save YOU money. If for some reason the shipping costs calculate high to you, PLEASE do not hesitate to contact me!! Errors do happen from time to time.
We recommend the purchase of insurance on ALL orders. If the buyer opts not to purchase insurance, SeaShore Baby will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. NO REFUNDS will be issued for uninsured orders. International orders are welcomed, but insurance is HIGHLY recommended.
If you have any special requests pertaining to shipment of your order, please include it on the checkout form in the space provided.
CANCELLATIONS Exceptions to this policy can be made if materials for your order had not been purchased at time of cancellation. This policy does not apply to INSTOCK items.
SEASHORE BABY GUARANTEE REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY Defective Merchandise: SeaShore Baby will repair or replace any defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. If, by chance a product is defective, please let me know ASAP! Please email me at beachside@seashorebaby.com. We will also refund shipping if the product is defective. Your satisfaction is my #1 priority! "Seconds" can be returned for refunds only, and only when in unwashed unused condition.
AUCTION diapers are backed by my return policy above, but absolutely NO store credit may be given. Drying ANY diaper on anything higher than a Low or Medium setting, as instructed in your shipping notice, VOIDS all guarantee and repair policies.
