Store Policies

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE
In-Stock orders will ship within 48 hours after payment clears. No shipping on Sundays or Holidays. Custom orders generally take 1-2 weeks to ship. I will let you know what my lead time is at the time your order is placed, or you are welcome to contact me ahead of time! Your total, including shipping, and applicable taxes will be calculated upon checkout.

We ship via USPS, UPS and Fed Ex. You will be given shipping costs during checkout. We strive to use the least expensive method to save YOU money. If for some reason the shipping costs calculate high to you, PLEASE do not hesitate to contact me!! Errors do happen from time to time.

We recommend the purchase of insurance on ALL orders. If the buyer opts not to purchase insurance, SeaShore Baby will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. NO REFUNDS will be issued for uninsured orders. International orders are welcomed, but insurance is HIGHLY recommended.

If you have any special requests pertaining to shipment of your order, please include it on the checkout form in the space provided.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of custom orders are subject to a 20% non refundable deposit UNLESS cancellation is done within 48 hours of purchase. As all payments for items are due at time of purchase/ordering, if you cancel a custom order your refund will be issued minus the 20% non refundable deposit.

Exceptions to this policy can be made if materials for your order had not been purchased at time of cancellation. This policy does not apply to INSTOCK items.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Seashore Baby products are guaranteed! We feel we have a generous policy and understand life gets hectic with a little one. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return (unwashed, unused) for a full product refund or exchange (minus ALL shipping) within seven (7) days after receiving them. NO questions asked! We then give you an additional twenty-one (21) days, that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund MINUS a nomimal 10% restocking fee and minus shipping for unwashed/unused items.   Please contact us before returning items at beachside@seashorebaby.com

Defective Merchandise: SeaShore Baby will repair or replace any defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. If, by chance a product is defective, please let me know ASAP! Please email me at beachside@seashorebaby.com. We will also refund shipping if the product is defective. Your satisfaction is my #1 priority!

"Seconds" can be returned for refunds only, and only when in unwashed unused condition.

AUCTION diapers are backed by my return policy above, but absolutely NO store credit may be given. Drying ANY diaper on anything higher than a Low or Medium setting, as instructed in your shipping notice, VOIDS all guarantee and repair policies.

Please note: All international sales, except Canada, are FINAL. No exchanges, refunds, or credit may be given.
